1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, build a contract, or communicate with us. This includes your agency profile (name, email, phone, address), your customers' identity documents (CIN, driver's license, passport), reservation data, vehicle inventory, and contract history. Every piece of customer data is collected with the agency as the data controller — we process it on your behalf.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, as well as to process transactions and send related information like contract confirmations and invoices. We never use your customers' data to train AI models, sell ads, or share with marketing partners.

3. Data Security

All sensitive data — uploaded documents (CIN, driver's license, passport) as well as plain-text fields (phone numbers, CIN number, license number, license expiry, date of birth) — is encrypted at rest using AES-256, and in transit using TLS 1.3. OCR document extraction runs entirely on our own infrastructure: no third-party API ever sees your customers' documents. Access is restricted to authenticated users via role-based controls, with every action recorded in an audit log. 4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We rely strictly on first-party infrastructure for sensitive processing (storage, OCR, document generation). The only external services involved are payment processing for your subscription and infrastructure providers bound by data-protection agreements — customer documents never leave our servers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data stored on Perfect Rental. You can exercise these rights by contacting our support team. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, with permanent erasure from backups within 90 days.
