2. Description of Service

Perfect Rental provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for car rental agencies. The service includes tools for reservation management, digital contracts, fleet GPS tracking, and financial analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial usage.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and use your personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Perfect Rental, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
